Looks like buccal fat removal & jaw fillers or even an implant.

 

He looks much older. He should have left that face alone, he was just fine before. These surgeries rarely look good, tbh.

I naturally have this sort of jaw and it's so weird seeing everyone doing these surgeries to get it :rip: I'm so self-conscious about how gaunt it makes me look
