she's been over. she's only hanging by a thread because she has a fanbase delusional enough to care. and it's not even that big of a fanbase. she can't sell out a tour (she won't even go on tour because she knows the sales would be embarrassing), she can't sell albums anymore (she won't even release an album because she knows the sales would be embarrassing), and she performs at festivals that have a built-in crowd because she knows doing something on her own would end up with a crowd of about 1,000 people. overall she really has nothing going for her.

I think most of the female rappers are struggling now. Nicki, Meghan, and Cardi. Only Doja seems to be doing okay. I think the era of female rappers scoring big hits with rap sound is kinda over generally.

Queens are never over. A solo #1 15+ years into a career is hard to get.

Everyone is always over on ATRL, untill they release a hit. Then they release a flop and are over again.

She is not only over but seen as a joke now. Sad.
