It's disco/funk for me. 

It’s a pretty unambiguous R&B record. The instrumentation and tempo fits it in the funk genre, which is also a derivative of R&B.

Funk & Disco are subgenres of R&B. But they can be Pop also depending on the chords & lyrics.

 

These type of songs would be considered R&B even though it's more accurately "Post Disco"
