Is society finally realizing how bad Renaissance is compared to her previous amazing work, with the same tired/dated house beats we’ve heard before? 
 

are the people finally tired of her being shoved down our throats everywhere and being attacked for even critiquing the smallest thing about her that is valid to address? 
 

Or did the Academy just have no taste in this case?

The Academy just have no taste in this case and the two prior. 

Writing credits. They talk about it behind the doors in the industry.

Grammys just want to give AOTY to songwriters and producers with like maximum 2-3 people involved in.

Most likely because she is not a songwriter.  That seems to be the most common characteristic for all the winners for the past 25 years…which is dumb (but what can you expect from voters who rarely know the difference between SOTY and ROTY)

Writing credits and credibility as a songwriter. It's something that matters for AOTY voters and she has a huge issue there... and it seems to be getting worse and worse with each release.

AOTY is voted by people from every genre  who actually make music themselves. It is considered to be the most coveted award for a musician. So the musician peers are extra careful in choosing their votes.

They value original music made by the artists themselves from scratch because every songwriter or producer knows how hard it is to make a good song when you actually do that.

 

Since they are the ones who are casting the votes, they think their vote is "wasted" when they cast it to albums containing 100s of songwriters/producers with samples. This is also why writing camp albums almost never win.

 

All of beyonces best chances had samples and had 100+ songwriters. So obviously they don't want to vote her.

In 2013, Beck was considered very talented and he made the album himself and it was very acclaimed. Also beyonces own genre didn't like the album since BEYONCE lost to Pharell in the best rnb album category.

 

Lemonade had everything going for it but there was hurricane Adele who wrote everything by herself and sold BAJILLION copies while doing it.

 

I don't know what happened with Harry but Renaissance was never winning with the amount of samples in that album, I expected Brandi Carlisle but I suspect extreme vote splitting because of 10 cats.

 

The voters are not swayed by acclaim or narrative. See We Are by Jon winning last year. He also won an Oscar because he is extremely respected by his peers. To win AOTY you need peers respect and Beyonce sadly doesn't have that.

Writing credits and the album is kind of a cluster f. There’s just so much going on. There’s also no break except Plastic Off The Sofa which isn’t even that much of a change of pace too. Cuff It and Virgos Groove slap though

What does "touching a woman" have to do with anything and what would it have accomplished if we had? Also, point out the misogyny, because I'm not seeing it, unless "criticizing a woman for anything at all" is considered misogyny.
