What should TS11 be?

Featured Replies

I was thinking that TS11 should be a critically acclaimed indie pop soundtrack album!!!! With one of the songs being her Don't Cry for Me Argentina moment!!

I want her to release an album with under my skin sound and vibe :giraffe:

That would be a slay  :wanda:

I'm personally of the opinion that it's time for her late 90s/early 00s soft-rock pop adjacent album

General idea:

I just want her to do something different. As much as I enjoy Midnights, it just felt like a rehash of all her 2014-2019 work, imo :/ The photoshoot for Midnights did make it feel like it was going to pursue a different production and scheme this time but IDK...

Anyway, I'd like to hear something in the vein of rock for her next album :beatfreak:

it should be in 2025 when she’s done with the re-recordings and she’s taken a bit of time to be inspired. i love Taylor but i am kinda getting burnt out on the yearly releases and her omnipresence in the music world. it’s kinda making each era feel less special/distinct  :weeps:

I would love if she did something that was a mix of and in the vein of “State of Grace”, “I Knew You Were Trouble.” (The 1989 World Tour version), “Jump Then Fall”, “Paper Rings”, “Holy Ground”, “Haunted”, “False God”, “Forever Winter”, and “You Are in Love”.

But I think it would benefit her if she took somewhat of a break and released all of Taylor’s Versions first. Speak Now and 1989 this year, reputation and debut in 2024, and TS11 lead single spring of 2025, album in the summer.

And to be completely honest, I would be perfectly okay with an all acoustic and/or covers album as well.

I just know album 13 is going to be the most special record of her entire career and only two more until then, which is insane :jonny5:

i'd love a sunny indie pop album with less of the kind of empty alt-r&b influence that midnights had and more jangly sunny vibes. dream pop (in the true sense of the term – with guitars!!)

TS11 needs to be a Dream Pop album. An album full of “The Archer”, “Dear Reader”, “Afterglow”, “Daylight”, “This Love” & “Bigger Than The Whole Sky” type of songs. Now that would be INSANE!
