I don't keep up with charts much, when was the last time a group had such digital power? I can't see it for BP to have multiple songs smahsing like this since their releases are so sparse, maybe Twice?

Lonely - IATB - Hate You - Ugly were simultanously released as well

that attention release was just too good. no ads, no marketing, no pre-release promo

the only thing you could judge was the material

 

 

now everyone wants rookie groups to debut this way (see babymonster)

 

now let's talk about attention

the song was fresh, the european mv was fresh, the visuals were fresh (the natural hair was kind of genius tbh)

who's doing it like them?  this proves how much people love innovation, especially in a formulatic industry like k-pop. PERIOD
