they're so annoying is2g. Yujin, Liz, Wonyoung, and Rei have more to offer in the vocal department and Leeseo, though at times grating, her tone sounds fresh esp on Kitsch. There's a mood switch everytime Gaeul's verse comes up cuz she just sounds so disconnected at times. She's supposed to be the main dancer too but Yujin is eating her up in that department.

truly the best song from this era, will be obsessed with it for a while the bridge is just so good 

NewJeans are a perfect example why having every member shine is a good thing and they don't need an "it-girl" eating everything up, cause look at how NewJeans are eating IVE up right now

And it’s not only lines, the fact that the other girls can’t have their own Instagram and only got access of the group Instagram a few months ago is not helping at all…

I mean If you talked about LSRF it will made sense. But NJ had barely pre debut hype, and all the girls were unknown. 
WY and Yujin were among the most popular members on their group.  So IVE will never be balanced in term of popularity.

i used to drag leeseo jokingly (mostly due to her age) but she improved and proved me wrong

i’m sure her popularity will bloom as she gets older

now what we're not gonna do is call Power Up a bad song...

LE SSERAFIM are doing the complete opposite of IVE, where they are kinda doing Sakura dirty a lot (who's on Wonyoung level of popularity). They are not that balanced either

Yeah Liz could have had a prechorus moment in Kitsch but it's not like she's a Shuhua where she's dead last in every title track. She's more like a Miyeon who has to share the top 3 spot with another main vocalist (Minnie/Yujin), and the center (Soyeon/Wonyoung and sometimes Rei). I think she's 2nd in overall line distribution across their discography just behind Yujin.

Have you heard leseeo and rei sing? Rei is kinda at the same level as Wonyoung but leeseo is terrible live. Yoona was never a great singer she just had a cute vocal tone that's it, don't be blinded by nostalgia. IVEs selling point as group is not that they are amazing vocalists , they have Yujin and Liz for that, the other members are not passionate vocalists.
