but that's not 100% the case since jhope, rm and suga's solos are nowhere to be found on BTS spotify.

only jungkook solo ventures are credited as BTS since he hasn't officially debuted yet.

I think there are only 5 solo songs that credit BTS. None are managed and released by HYBE. It is probably up to management of the lead artists and they want to credit BTS for the exposure for both sides. 

 

Don't worry. Even if you exclude these few songs, BTS still outstreams everyone by a mile.

It’s funny how BH limits BTS when it comes to solo push. But their new groups get solo songs and endorsements left and right. 
 

 

I wonder why SM is so hellbent on only debuting Korean/Chinese females. 
 

All of these groups smashing with Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese members and SM still refuses to go any further than China for females. 
 

Giselle being half Japanese who doesn’t even have a traditional Japanese look isn’t the equivalent to debuting a full Japanese girl either.

This is not true. Do you even know how Spotify credits work? 

 

That That and VIBE use "SUGA/Jimin of BTS" in title. BTS is not credited as performer and streams do not count for BTS.

 

Dreamers is credited under BTS. They are listed as performers, hence, it counts for BTS streams.

 

You can check who is credited by going to "view artists" or "song credits (performed by)".

 

 

Lil Nas X's Seoul Town Road, Halsey's SUGA's Interlude, Juice WRLD's Girl of My Dreams, FIFA's Dreamers, Charlie's Left and Right - there are the only SOLO songs that credit BTS.

The “solo” songs in the BTS albums are also counted as their solo music in those “most viewed/streamed solo kpop” videos on YouTube, and when people called that out, the bots fans were offended
