Seems like every major outlet had pre-scheduled posts bc they were told it'd be released tonight, but someone wanted to pull out at the last second. I'm pretty sure a big part of the reason is due to the Taylor album drop and them not wanting 'Shirt' to be overshadowed or be competing in any way.

 

This is what her ass gets for not just releasing it last Friday.

she’s a terrible artist. this rollout has been messier than normani’s. surprising she still has a career at this point, the music isn’t even that good enough to justify all this messy stuff that’s been happening. shirt sounds cute but not cute enough to wait 2 years for while she constantly edges us with live performance snippets and “it’s coming soon!” posts on twitter.

Not surprising considering they both share the same label - which apparently neglects all their artists. I'm totally expecting N to go through this same exact thing if she ever releases again.
