BiaR was never intended as a lead single. At the moment, it was a fun summer song Caroline and DLH had created spontaneously, I think they never imagined it would become as huge. In fact, Caroline soon started bundling up an EP after BiaR was so well received, and she ended up "scrapping" the idea of the EP (but keeping the songs) and transitioned them to the album that's getting released soon (I'm guessing late Jan early Feb).

But yeah, Billions was def the lead single, and it was released in Feb so it has been a long while ;(
