I was thinking of going to the LA show tonight, glad I didn't. Some friends went the first night and they liked it. 

Omg that’s so awkward 

That’s so rough for him and for the fans, damn.

at least he came up to the stage and apologized. certain performers should take notes

Imagine buying a ticket for a Weeknd concert in February 2020, having it get delayed three times, finally get to the show two years later, and then he cancels 20 minutes in.

similar thing happened w the first show except it was cancelled when people were coming in the stadium due to service outage

This takes a lot of courage as an artist. I respect him not wanting to lip sync his way through a set.

i guess at least he wasn't lip syncing? hopefully he will be able to make it right to the attendees and refund their money/reschedule the concert.

Well my fave always lipsynchs (i wont say who it is) so i know ill never have this problem seeing her live .  Sucks for those people though.

tbfh? king ****. so much respect for one of the best male performers of our time. For him to do this? it takes a lot of hard work and ethic. not everyone has that

**** happens. He’s not a machine. I’m sure we all have called sick at some point too.

I actually have a lot of respect for him going out and apologizing and being upfront about it.  A lot of people would have been cowards and ran off. 

Respect for him cause he can easily go with lip synched but instead of that he went to stage and apologized. he really go hard for his shows. hope the fans will get the refund or reschedule date.

went yesterday, I would've been SO mad. The parking was $80!!! All the people who won't get that reimbursed I-

 

But I mean his voice going out isn't something he can control. Just glad I wasn't there tonight!
