I have Spectrum TV but I only got it because they gave me all of the streaming apps which also include Live TV. So yeah, I do miss the feeling of cable.

I'll have to try it at the Apple Store once it is out. I usually wait like a month or two to upgrade since my carrier offers an Upgrade Anytime plan. I feel like I am downgrading because the camera limits and no Face ID is crazy. But the demographic is for those who multitask or want a verastile device like an iPad mini + iPhone into one.

I personally have the Oura Ring 4. It was FSA eligible so I caved and got it. I would say it helps keep track of my sleep and activity. The only con though is that the detection is kinda lapsed but it eventually detects a nap or whatnot.
