I think there’s a good chance since Folklore came close and her streaming power has increased greatly since then, but that’s still a tall order, and Ariana smashed hard with that record. If Taylor doesn’t break it, it’ll remain with a fantastic artist and album and that’s entirely fine too.

She is definitely in an excellent position to break the record.  However, she needs a hit single.

Midnights has 13 tracks. she would need to have a significantly higher streaming average per track.

 

I don't see it unless she has a smash single in store that does 5m+ on Spotify everyday that week.
