I just opened my own real estate agency with 4 employees working with me, wish me luck 

I'm a supervisor at like a massive cafe basically. It still a college student, so I was originally hired as a standard customer assistant, then my manager promoted me earlier this year.

They want to push me to become an assistant manager, but it's not for me, I can't stand working in hospitality/retail jobs.

No, never been one and truthfully don't think I ever would want to be one. Although I know that in the industry I work in (hospitality) it can be difficult to begin to see a real financial change until you do.

I was a manager at two of my previous jobs and in my career (web developer) with where I want to go, if I were to take the role of a true manager of my department, I would no longer be doing the thing I want to be doing.
