I do wish celebrities could just apologise without adding ‘ifs’ or ‘buts’. You can just say it was a horrible decision for some of your fans and leave it there, without modifying it with ‘BUT it was definitely the right decision, so really I did nothing wrong.’ A good apology doesn’t come with caveats that attempt to shift responsibility away from your poor management and decision making.

A select number of tickets will be available across all 32 performances. There will be two opportunities to purchase tickets for these shows. Access to each presale will be limited with priority given to fans who held tickets for the original show dates or had previously registered and been waitlisted for the Weekends with Adele Verified Fan Presale. No, thats why people were holding on to the tickets and didn't ask for a refund.

Am I blind or have they not announced which old date corresponds to a new date? It says if you can’t make the new date, you need to request a refund and sign up for a new presale, which sucks. Aaaaaaand if I can’t make this new date, girls
