Despite only having released two albums, Dua has managed to score two monster smashes with insane longevity on both of them. How did she manage to have timeless songs that people stream the hell out of to this day so early on in her career?

Because she knows how to work the GP like no other. FN was made in a reaction to the radio being very downtempo at the time. She knew exactly what she was doing. The smartest MPG out of the current crop 

levitating is definitely a classic hit. i can see people get back to it in 30 years fr. one of the few classic singles of recent memory

The question is, are these songs gonna be doing 500k+ daily like some of MPGs classics 10 years from now? 

 

Its too early to call any of her singles a classic, she's been in the game for just 7/8 years

A smash hit does not a classic make. New Rules is of its time and was a viral moment but no one is going to hear that drop and think its on par with Single Ladies or Toxic like-

 

Levitating however, now THAT is a bonafide CLASSIC in the near future. Gen Z parents will be pumping that out while they chop the heads of corrupt politicians!

And so early in her career. Ariana doesn’t even have one of those…  It’s called talent.

Already?  She has been around for 7 years.  She is not really ahead of where pop girls generally are in their career.  

But most girls dont even get 2 classics so she is doing great.  

A smash hit is not a classic  girlie has massive songs but the only song with classic potential is levitating
