There's two types of monsters, the chill ones and the insecure ones. The chill ones end up being some of my best friends tbh

She releases new music too often therefore she has become overexposed.

she needs a long hiatus

Gaga fans fighting with everyone. First Beyonce, now Swift.

OT: Carolina has 1950s instrumental, folk sound. So it's low numbers make sense.

I adore Taylor but the song isn't anything new for her. It sounds like an Evermore leftover (and not a great one either). I also think the long ass wait between the song's announcement/first snippet and it's release didn't help. Everyone forgot about it by the time it finally dropped.

Because 70% expected this dark/haunting sound, not some boring fluffy folky mess.

Your use of attacking is confusing me.

OT: Boring song.

OT: Boring song. She’s no “seven”.

i doubt other Swifties care about the song that much unlike lil monsters with Gaga’s new soundtrack song (whatever it’s called)

i personally hope it flops so she can move on from that folk sh*t

Have you not heard the song? It's the most boring shite ever

Because it's a random soundtrack single? :deadbanana2: Beautiful Ghosts wasn't a hit either idk why anyone would expect this to do much

Because they can only brag about soundtrack, her studio career is dead since 2011 and well in this case despite top gun massive success and radio suppprt the song is not even a hit

Ah yes, Carolina... the song very clearly engineered to be a massive pop hit :clap3:

Suddenly it’s “monster started first” when 3 days ago yall ran on that Carolina outstream HMH thread :toofunny2:

ot: song is sooo boring, i love ha but these folklore and everbore vibes are really not my cup of tea.

Was anyone expecting it to do well. Ngl I don’t even really like the song tbh, I listened once maybe twice and that was enough

Right? :deadbanana:

The song wasn’t made for the charts. Nothing has changed about Taylor’s commercial viability.

It's a cute soundtrack song, who cares?

Beautiful Ghosts debuted with 500K or something like that but that doesn't prevent her own albums to stomp!
