This is just reminding me how blissfully underrated the Spice Girls members and music actually was/is (outside of the massive media and marketing strategy courtesy of Cowell).

 

Their gig was NOT easy y'all. Wannabe as a song and its context, was quite the miracle all things considered.

Maybe the production sounds similar, but they are both totally different songs 

 

I know a few people have mentioned this in the past but Kylie's infections bop "On a night like this"  is extremely similar to JLo's waiting for tonight, the production and build of the song is very similar, the lyrics are also about the same thing
