Imo those are the one of the worst performers nowdays. Im not including Selena because she is from another generation. Olivia may get a pass because she is young and new but even then it’s not an excuse

Well for starters... Olivia Rodrigo can't sing live. Nor can she dance, or put an effort into hiring a vocal coach for breath control (and other reasons) and she looks like she's trotting along the stage with no clear direction on what the hell she's doing but pretending that she's eating it up. The 14 year olds will yaaasss and scream for her but in reality we all know that she's a terrible performer in like... every aspect.

Dua Lipa however, has consistently stepped her ***** up since she got clowned for giving low effort aka what Olivia Rodrigo is serving now. Plus she's performing on a SOLD OUT arena tour every other night with rave reviews praising her performance abilities. The difference is clear

Olivia and it's not even close. Dua's stage presence has improved so much (I think she could still be better) and she can sing live

Olivia has only played less than 15 shows in her whole life and she’s comparable to how Dua was when she started. Give the girls a chance to grow. Showmanship takes practice. This thread is dumb.

She's decent but nothing more  She's lucky most of her good performances happened post pandemic and everyone just did a pre-recorded multiple times lives

I get where you’re coming from but I think people are forgetting that Dua was able to hold a note since she started touring.

Olivia has done a handful of shows in her entire life, why are we even bringing her up.  She obviously doesn’t know what’s she’s doing yet.

 

Her performances still get acclaimed everytime though 

Her tour has also got acclaimed at every stop

Agree, Olivia has vocal talent she just needs practice. I feel like she's better at singing slow songs that don't require dancing and moving around cause her breath control isn't good now but again, that's something she can work on. Dua has become a good performer, yes she's not a vocalist either but she can sing, she is gorgeous and can move around.

not some of y'all expecting olivia to have a choreography for drivers license or something  

 

at least dua makes dance music so she deserves the lashings if she's not a good dancer but olivia makes a totally different type of music and all she needs is her piano, guitar and mic and she can deliver a good show, and videos of her concerts going viral everyday is a proof of that 

Reviews for the SOUR Tour.  I'm sure Olivia paid off all these people

Dua is terrible, some atrlers think she’s good just because she learned a 5 step choreography. She still has 0 charisma or stage presence and is extremely stiff.
