my past relationships been mainly Black. after my breakup last year so much has changed esp new corp job/higher salary.  

 

im in a weird phase bc i grew up in the hood so dating Black got hard bc i get the nonstop “u too good for us/u don’t belong here” vibe now.  then dating Black in the corperate world is hard too bc most of them only date white & refuse to associate w/ other Black folk.

Going to a queer black club event this week, which again, you'd think would be more common in a big city but NOPE! I'm not delusional enough to think I'll meet the love of my life in the club but at the very least I'll be able to vibe with like minded folk and listen to decent music

Have you tried going to more queer Black/POC events? That's the best way to meet other Black queer people these days.

 

Quite a lot of Black men on the apps in London are either DL, not looking for relationships or aren't interested in other Black men . 

Apps like Jack'd also aren't popular here either.
