That would at least need to let BTS died down little bit first when they start getting enlist into military and they wouldn't even loss momentum by much.

 

I say Next IT BG could be one of the current 4th Gen BG leaders like Stray Kids or even (underrated) nugu BGs that having breakout moment by doing G4P/BL peck kiss with a guy on famous webtoon adaptation ala Dongkiz/DKZ.

plus I don’t think Chaeyoung will want to leave now since JYP is slowly opening up to solo projects for Twice, so she’ll possibly get her chance to showcase her indie-esquire / rap talent in some solo capacity while still being a part of the group.
now Tzuyu is a tricky situation because that company has wasted a lot of her potential to be HUGE over the years because of no solo endeavors…but having said that, she doesn’t have the confidence to go solo or do anything outside of twice, so it’s not hard to think that she’ll renew.

Ok you might have made a point here and there, Mina and Chae might not leave after all. The other two are definitely OUT.
