Sunny was supposed to go solo way earlier, she had her radio show at the time, and she wasn't interested in it.

Brown Eyed Girl's JeA back in 2013-14 said she wrote a song for Sunny and we never had a follow up to that story. I guess she didn't recorded it.

2. I get that their lyrics have to do with their worldview but even so, I'm not sure how Girls is different than all of their other songs. It's always about Black Mamba being bad and Naevis being good. They've been singing that for 4 songs back to back so I don't feel that there's anything new. But then, their performance needs to be good to compensate but their choreography has been the worst so far.... Of course Illusion's reactions will be better. It's way more refreshing and the song is good too ㅠ

TWICE has been "over" for 2 years according to this thread yet they still break their own sales record + it's useless to judge song perfomance this early now since song tend to take time to rise

Sunny was over her idol life tbh and i don't think she was ever that interested in singing

Is there a beef between Jennie and Rosé? Maybe its the reason both of them slaying like they never been in the last performances. A competition and professionalism could be what they needed to elevate their performances.

Ask any akgae and they'll tell you everyone has beef with everyone and their girl is held hostage in BP 

 

Real answer no, they're just happy to finally have an era and upcoming tour and meet fans etc. Rosie even cried  (again) about how much she missed seeing blinks.

I remember Sunny saying in 2020 she didn't debut as a soloist yet because she no idea whether she has a musical identity except for her place in Girls' Generation and that her solo debut is like homework she's procastrinating.
