I feel like a lot of fans don’t know how training system actually works? Like jihyo didn’t train as an idol until she turned 16. A lot of company took in young kids but they don’t let them train full time until they reached a certain age. A lot of young trainee only trained for about 2 or 3 hours or only on the weekends. If you look at young idols who debuted, most of them were already active in the industry.
