The camera work and the stage made this look like they used CGIs but it was a live ****ing show. So cinematic, so to the point! I can't stop replaying it.

I feel like televised performances have bad camera work and I'm so glad there were no audience shots! Focus on the subject! And they did. Loved the angles throughout the performance!

I have to say that after the first rewatch I'm kinda shifting my opinion of the performance. The beginning was shaky but I began to dig it a lot more as time went on.

It really is much better on 2nd viewing when you strip away all of your expectations on the setlist, production, visuals....I expected a totally different show but I think it was a very good performance overall, high pace and visually captivating

Yea same, I truly hope she performs. Wouldn't be surprised if she declines and sends Tems instead or something.

Rewatching for the fourth time now, I love how you can feel her joy and excitement to be there. Don't understand at all narratives of her being low energy or this being a retirement performance.

Though, we were robbed of a longer Umbrella performance with the enhanced euphoric synths at the end while fireworks rain down on her. That and the DSTM performance with a sleek green laserlight work over that red stage.

Ok Navy, I'm gonna take a break from ATRL for a couple days - the buildup to the SB has left me EXHAUSTED. All I'm going to say is that I loved the Halftime Show, it checked all my boxes and it has made me extremely happy. Even if 2023 doesn't look as bright as it did 24 hours ago lol
