When you have to stack filters like 'female' and '2026' for a TS record after her new release, it's definitely not a good sign.

That was... bad... like... really bad... uninspired, completely flat, and profoundly boring. It's just more of the same, recycled over and over, offering nothing new, nothing exciting, and honestly... not a single reason to hit play ever again.

It's not like she slayed hard music-wise back in the day (apart from 2-3 singles) for her to get so much hate now that she is flopping! Not to mention that flopping is the norm for her, not an exception.

Proved what we already knew. A lukewarm club banger was never gonna save her. The song has zero staying power.

It is baffling when declining artists assume that targeting a specific demographic with uninspired dance music will reverse their commercial downturn. This is not... it. I'm hoping the rest of the album takes a different sonic route.

The mere fact that they're talking about a long-term plan makes it clear that they know nothing or have no idea how Rihanna operates. I can't imagine they've set up a long-term rollout schedule for the album. I refuse to believe that the new album (whenever it comes) will be released through a traditional rollout (announcements, single releases, the album coming after the lead single, etc) instead of just dropping it all at once.

Let's be real. No matter what she releases, no one is going to say the 10-year wait was worth it.
