Almost any given Normani leak was better than that monstrosity of an “album”. It should have been an EP. All the songs that would have made it a memorable album, got released too early and scrapped off the album. Her whole team and label needs to be jailed if that album really sells 6k - 7k copies.

It's so funny that she just released that clothing collab and she doesn't even bother to show her face in an insta story to talk about it like... I feel like she's so scared of every and anything that she simply can't put herself out there anymore. It's sad for her

I agree. I think a lot of these delays come from being scared it's gonna flop and not taking a risk, which is funny because a lot of people here bash Chloe and her numbers, but at the end of the day she got her music out and it's touring it in a few weeks, and as she said, she just wanted the music to be released, no matter if it does well or not.

1 on 1 is her best unreleased it's true!

The instant success she had has a part to play in it as well. She started off so strong that the pressure of failing is consuming her (that’s what i think anyway)

I just know that if her debut album doesn’t live up to her own expectations that she will not release another album.

Showing her face bc of a brand collaboration is necessary? I’d actually rather she stay quiet until music is out tbh lol 

 

In a few days it’ll be 5 years since Normani signed to RCA/KeepCool.

Doubtful we get anything. Maybe an IG post. We are a month away from May with no video shot for candy paint still so its definitely safe to assume all those rumors that the album was coming in May were LIES. Not looking likely a single is coming either.

All things aside, this is something we’ve unfortunately witnessed with many other acts. I hope Normani gets a chance at having a decent career if she ever wants to like other artists did in the past. 

 

Anitta just got out of her record label contract (with the help of Normani’s manager probably). 

She’s definitely too scared to release and it’s probably been like that for years. Unless RCA was stopping her releasing during Wild Side that was already the latest acceptable release. We all know she should have released an album in 18 or 19 like… her music career chances are very slim to none now

I’d like to see her venture into acting at the very least if she doesn’t want to do music anymore.

Literally mine too as long as C***** isn’t involved. Normani really comes off as pretentious as a solo artist because most artists don’t get it right on their first album and 5H was building up a lot of goodwill with the GP but she likes to act like her solo music is different and more advanced than the 5H stuff when it’s literally on par with it, if not bad in comparison (Fair). It’s hard to root for her with all the self-sabotage.

See everybody making fun of Chloe’s album selling 10k, but unless Normani’s Third First Single is a hit I can see her selling 30k MAX.

C___out grew 5h when she left lol ….now she is in a whole different league. No label or promoter would care about 5h unless she was part of it. And I double C wants anything to do with that group
