Most albums that have over 19 tracks on the standard version likely to have some tracks that are fillers.

It would be great to have more songs but Pink Friday had 13 songs for the standard and 4/5 more for the deluxe. If she going to go that route she will probably have 17-19 tracks for the entire album. 

she needs to pull an SOS and put at least 20 tracks on there to snatch the #1 on the billboard 200 for all of december / january bish

I cracked the code, the surprise that delayed PF2 is a Taylor Swift collab on the album. Taylor played a huge part in the success of Super Bass so it would make sense to include her if this era is supposed to be full circle. It delayed the album because the focus would have been on Taylor's rerecording and not on their collab if they both had dropped in October. The Taylor fans can focus on 1989 rerecording in October and then go all out on their collab the following month.

Except that Wamables is actually a listenable song that’s worth being put on the deluxe. LTISY should’ve been a audiomack/soundcloud exclusive, a “gift” to the fans

 

SFG is a must add on the album, and I wouldn’t be mad at Red Ruby Da Legend being there as well, it’s album track worthy. I need 20 tracks minimum since this is her retirement era
