I cannot believe Mariah is announcing/teasing a brand new single while Madonna is complete crickets about an official release of The Celebration Tour or any news of the new album or a release date for the Bedtime Stories reissue (or the reissues of her whole catalog in general). But she's had time to attend concerts of Central Cee and ******* Self-esteem

Okay,  I don't use that forum.

Asked Madonna about the new album over lunch today and she winked at me then switched the topic to Marvel's Thunderbolts movie. 

So that's that I guess.

 

 

 

her last 4 albums were released in spring (Madame X in June so technically summer but you get the idea) and the only album that she's ever released in July/August is self-titled 

 

it's safe the say the album will either come in October/November to maximize Xmas sales or she'll just wait until next spring. she's usually teasing new projects months in advance so the fact that we've not heard about Godfessions 2 in a while tells me that it's not ready and she won't release anything before 2026.

 

my other theory is that maybe she'll want to release it in November to mark Confessions 20th anniversary?
