Fantano just did a review for the album and gave it a 7 and called it an admirable effort, but I'm shocked he even gave it that since he spent more time talking about what he didn't like. He never mentioned Bizaare, he didn't care for Danceteria and the talk singing on it, he wanted more in-depth lyrics which is odd given it's a dance album but didn't care for Betrayal which had that, he hated intro thought it was long etc.

Meanwhile Megyn Kelly and Meghan Callahan just made a joint video telling Madonna she needs to stop, yet she's getting the best reviews in years and people are still showing up to see her.

I agree it's my least favorite of her 80's albums Promise to try is too boring/bland, Dear Jessie is just too silly and awful, Spanish Eyes is a good song but her voice is quite irritating, Express Yourself the album version is too cheesy and most of the songs just go on for too long maybe even for an 80's album.

Not when Hard Candy and Madame X exists. It's a good synth pop album.

Some idiot on Reddit is trying to tell me she's in the same category and Cher and Barabra Streisand in terms of her only ever having a gay fanbase. You don't become that popular and sell that many albums if that was the case.

Stuart Price, who did the first version of the album. I can't believe he left the studio and thought that sounded good in it's current state and I'm not even talking about the material but just production of it.

I don't get that either not every gay man likes Madonna, and she has a large fanbase outside of the gay community why are they being so heavily ignored, it's one of the reasons why people think Madonna is just an artist who appeals to gays when she had mass appeal.

I would take Pretender or Angel any day over her current stuff which happens to be two of my favorites, there much catchier. Yes, she has made bad songs before but this consistently.

Agreed it's funny this all happened after her divorce from Guy who I've could of sworn she said he was holding her back, her creativity, but I haven't seen much since then. However, I will give the new album a chance maybe the material on it is much better. But I can't get over the fact she has access to some of the best producers, and this is what he gets Stuart was always mid they lucked out the first time especially with its success. She would've been better off going the Ray of Light or Something to Remember path which also would've fit better in terms of her stage performances and had an overall appeal. No matter how much she wants people will never be embracing of an older woman who is prancing around on stage being over sexual and doing dance tracks, it's just one barrier she will never break down so it all feels like it's in vain.

I always thought Stuart was an average producer, I never understood why she likes him so much when there are much better producers.

Exactly, I only hear about her online on certain sites she's not a part of m algorithms, so nothing pops up about her she is avoidable so the so-called mania they keep talking about his amongst her fans but not within the general population, and that is very different from the other mania regarding artists in the past.

Well, this is a lie she just like Drake who have manipulated the system that did not exists doing their time period. If it wasn't for the new system and social media she would've faded a while ago. To say she's on another level is quite laughable, there is a reason why her album sales always drop by 90% the second week and a study showed about 67% of her followers are bots.
