Yeah I don't see Interscope waiting 3+ months between the album and lead, especially considering her last two album cycles have been six week gaps (Chromatica's originally planned schedule). Album in November is fine, preferably middle of the month so it at least gets in a week or two before Xmas freeze begins.

I think they'll announce the album based on how the first single performs in its first few weeks, tbh.

A positive way of looking at it is that once the Xmas freeze clears, LG7's first and second singles will potentially be the first of the new batch of hits for the new year, so they can start off the year with some momentum as airplay builds throughout December and not as much competition because Q1 is usually slow for releases.

I was thinking this too, once the Xmas period is finished and people stop listening to their Xmas playlists, they'll be looking for something new to listen to, get some LG7 on girls 

When LG7 is released around the same time as The Fame Monster anniversary.. let me cook

Honestly don't want this album title. An artist named Kelela named her electronic dance album Raven last year which was excellent and I don't want comparisons xx

I really hope we get LG7 in 4Q instead of 1Q. Pre-streaming, before xmas songs would take over the charts, November was always the busiest month for new releases because sales saw increases for the holidays so people could buy CDs or iTunes gift cards as presents. I associate the Thanksgiving-Christmas seasons of my childhood strongly with new music. It would be special to experience a Gaga album release around the holidays again. 

 

Nowadays, 4Q is always the driest month. Kind of sad. I don't really care about the Christmas freeze, I'm hoping for LG7 in November or December. 

Best believe if the album was actually called The Raven she would have been posting ugly bird emojis 🦅🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛ and not black hearts.

Would you rather have the album to be released this year with only one single or next year with multiple singles? I'd rather the latter, but it doesn't seem plausible in the streaming era. I dream of getting multiple music videos from her like the old days 

On one hand, Interscope could've seen that you can still get multiple pre-era hits with a Sabrina-esque rollout and may do single one in October, single two in Q1, and single 3 with the album release (i.e. which album track performs the best). On the other hand, she did hint at wanting to drop a lot of it at once. It's so exciting to see how it's going to go!*

Her good sis Ariana still did a MV for a post-release single, she could do the same 

I wonder how soon before she'll start to tease visuals, and actually announce announce if you get me. Like she's announced it's coming in October right now, but 25th October is still more than 7 weeks away. It'll be interesting to see if she goes for long haul teasing, maybe dropping little tidbits on the weekly between now and whatever date in October it comes, or if it'll be a bit more of a DWAS style, so we won't know title/visuals (officially anyway) until the week of. Obviously September will be JFAD encompassing but since she's dropped the seed of her pop comeback I'm sure press outlets and liddos alike will be asking questions between now and XX.

A dream! I hope the single becomes a hit and it pushes them to explore the album further with visuals and singles. Time will tell!
