There's no way she is that oblivious. Him being spotted twice during this vegas leg makes me nervous but hopefully he's no longer employed and he's just strolling around as a friend.

So... technically you can view a popstar as a CEO of a large company. They don't interact with low-level employees and they don't always hear about the drama and rumors going on because their inner team works to keep that drama and the rumors away from them, but Richie is not a low-level employee and the dancers that came out about him are ones she has seemingly had a relationship with. I just can't fathom her now knowing... but I also can't fathom her being told about it and not doing anything? It's a weird juxtaposition because that stuff is something she has always taken seriously.

 

The only thing that makes sense to me is that Richie went to her personally and denied everything and she, being the gullible, friend-obsessed person she is, takes him for his word. It's still weird, but I can't think of anything else.
