And why suffocate the album rollout with the Joker premieres? The movie has a soundtrack; she's going to talk about that, she won't have the opportunity to focus on the album's process because everything will be about the Joker. Now she has time to do at least something for the album, like an interview or two (Chromatica style), and then passively promote the album during the Joker era. I agree with you, but as mirkomonster said, I find it hard to believe that they would release the album while she is attending various premieres around the world. They are not the place for "promoting" music; Hollywood wouldn't take it well since she's a singer-turned-actress.
