1. Does anyone have timeline for Joker pre-release promo. Since they are basically repeating same date/strategy for J:FAD, I wonder when can we expect next eatery. Also curios how they will handle soundtrack, since original didn't had Gaga in it.

 

2. Will Wicked/BeetleJuice-2 premiere at Venice? I want Gaga to have sole attention when its come to red carpet. I don't think Zendaya/Anya Taylor Joy/Margot have any movie for Venice. Ariana/Jenna can split up some spotlight rest of Hollywood mostly serves boring outfits.

If they follow the exact same rollout, and unless Todd tosses something on his IG in the meantime, there should be an exclusive preview with one major mag (Empire/Total/EW etc.) with some new stills and possible interviews with Gaga, Joaquin, Todd and the producers out over the summer, early July-ish.

As for the second, neither of them scream Venice contenders honestly (and too late for Beetlejuice 2, which comes out Sep 5) but also, I'm not too worried about anyone else stealing the spotlight in Venice. She's been preparing for this moment for quite some time now. It will be the film's official world premiere. All eyes will be on her. She'll have another showstopping red carpet for sure.

idk about y'all but actually I'm having big stress with this topic, since I'm living in Poland and everyone around me tries to calm me down but I feel so bad since few weeks and I'm afraid actually he can attack us. When I see such comments about ww3 I have this terrible gut feeling, stomach pain.

Thank you for saying that  well, it will but in few years. Since then I have to leave this country. So upset for Israel Iran though.

It's now obvious that labels are forcing their female labors to rush out undercooked albums. I hope Gar will survive this with quality.

lbr no one forces Taylor to do anything, she's a billionaire, and she wants to keep making more money/release more art

I agree that this album is a regression but that's not the reason for it

I agree but also the fact she's a billionaire doesn't mean she can do whatever she wants, she's under the label after all

Don't get it twisted, her label needs her, not the other way around.  She could buy her way out of her contract and form her own label to take home all of the proceeds from her music if she really wanted to.  They have absolutely zero say in her career.

 

Taylor releases music because she loves being a musician and isn't afraid to share herself with the world.  Not going to sound like a broken record here and compare her passion to... other artists whom we stan, but at least her fans can choose which of the many albums she's released over the past few years to listen to instead of... you know... wait for one.

Joker 2 looks 5 times fresher than anything else in the superhero genre at the moment. It could really explode. People are sick of the same old **** from the MCU and DCEU.
