Now, a fan committee for stuff like merch and art design... sure. Gaga has some incredibly talented fans who could help her make some killer merch or album art. Exactly, not to mention things are definitely more complicated than what they seem behind a computer screen, we're still talking a business with millions of dollars involved, tones of people working behind the scenes, executives that you need to answer (especially when things go wrong), economical deals and so on, it's not easy as it seems. People should also be paid for doing something like that, if you're contributing with your ideas to the work and consequetial earnings to somebody that is making millions out of it.
