Am I the only one that thinks it’s tacky to release her music at the same exact time as movie promotion? :rip: I hope there’s some time between the single and trailer.

It just feels kinda cheap, I’d rather they both stand on their own and have their own identities.

13k debut on spotify for LG7

We spoke briefly with Shauna Duggins, actress and stuntwoman for "Joker: Folie à Deux."

She said she was fascinated by Lady Gaga's commitment on set:

"I've worked with hundreds of actors, but I've never seen someone give themselves so much in a performance. It was transformative."

apparently the selenators are made because her team are doing nothing to promote her new single

demoted to a promo single because all the payola will be channeled towards FNF headliner, yup yup

:ryan3:

Duggins also talked about a "grueling scene" in "Joker: Folie à Deux."

"There's this gigantic surrealist musical number, inspired by a classic film from the 1930s. It's a very specific choreography with tap dancing that left everyone exhausted, except Gaga. She wouldn't stop."

And we wonder why music has taken a backseat. I mean, holy hell. She's getting that type of cash? I can't remember the last time a musician was able to so successfully transition to film/TV. Cher?

So Gaga starring in a whole movie makes less money than Katy being on 1 season of Idol acting obnoxious while watching people sing ?

This is so exciting

at this point I really wanna believe in march 1st but how are they going to avoid taylor? by releasing the album roughly one month after the lead? or the week after billie's?

They All Laughed at the very end nn

I feel like there was a Feb single, April album planned but it got slightly delayed either because (1) it took longer to finish than she thought or (2) Taylor’s album in April. Probably the latter.

a nightmare

The Big Movie Studios have completely lost the plot with budgeting recently, they'll hand over $200m to any movie with a big name or big IP, the fact that the first one was only $60m was honestly an aberration (granted it was supposed to be a one-off arteur project and not connected to anything else, the sequel is only because of it's runaway success.) As long as it doesn't pull an Indiana Jones or The Marvels no one will rlly gaf, Dune did meh considering its budget but made up for it in quality.
