I'm not even just looking at the polls when I think a blue wave greater than one we've all seen in our lifetimes is coming. We have reps in Trump+15 seats reversing course and breaking with him on policy. JD Vance begging for another chance. Dems running ads in seats where Dems haven't ran ads in decades. Gas prices higher than ever. Even a polling error against the democrats right now could still result in a massive blue year.

I'm shocked that we're not obsessing over the unusually massive blue tsunami polls we've been getting post Labor Day. Usually this is when it tightens up and the summer hype is over. I guess skyrocketing gas prices do that. Early voting starts next month for many states.

You just have a fundamental misunderstanding of how US RIAA certifications work. They have always counted units prior to release. DWAS, Disease, and Abracadabra's units before MAYHEM came out (as you know DWAS and Abracadabra were #1 on US Spotify before the album came out) put it over 2M. You cited a 2025 number that doesn't use any of the prerelease units which is not how certifications work in the US.

MAYHEM is also at 1M in the US with DWAS. It's at 2M with it.

Radio is irrelevant nowadays but unfortunately Billboard still counts it so it does matter in some way. The Cure would have a much better chart run on Billboard if her team did the sensible thing and let it go to radio the second it looked like it had more legs than drop dead.

Muscle wasting can be determined visually. Specific muscles such as ones in the hands are harder too diagnose visually but in the torso and limbs it can be done visually.

I mean there's definitely been bullying in regards to how she looks. But that doesn't change the fact that she is in active stage of muscle wasting right now (which is when your body uses its own muscles as the next form of energy after all fat deposits have been depleted of their energy sources). It's best for her to take a break whether it's from the bullying or to focus on her health or both. No one is helping her by asking her to go back to how she looked during the thank u next era but if she can go back to a healthier version of herself that is for her benefit. It's not "giving into bullying" like how some fans are trying to make it seem.

It's insane that without DWAS, Mayhem is yet another 2B+ album for Gaga nearly 20 years into her career. The 6B+ is deserved because DWAS is the biggest song of all time.

That's not that crazy. Isn't Shakira's latest albums streams' over 90% collabs? There are multiple crazier ratios than 56% and 63%.

1-3 good songs on each is not a good album. But I agree with you that Hard Candy has the most "good" songs from those 4. Everything just got worse as time went on so CII is a great reset. I mean, her voice in RH and Madame X doesn't sound grating to you guys?

She would have the best discography of all time if COADF went directly to CII. 4 albums of trend chasing (Timbaland prod for HC, electro-pop for MDNA etc) will forever remain a stain on her discography.
