I think there’s this balk at the description of FaD as a musical that I’m not getting and there’s nothing in the tweet that suggests there will be only “elements”.

 

In the same source there is reference to “complicated sequences.” The movie is going to be more psychological than straight concert style that ASIB was and we have enough from the cinematographer and the material we have seen so far that there is going to be references to classics of the genre as much as the first pulled from 70s Scorsese. We literally have Gaga singing That’s Entertainment from Band Wagon and this, like..

It’s depressing to think about my expectations of her in 2011 vs. 2024.  

 

Going from expecting an imperial era of massively planned eras and visuals to now expecting 1-2 videos, barely any promotion, makeup promotion, and months of silence.

It makes me wonder what her childhood friend Bo did to end their friendship. If she forgives Justin for throwing an entire decade of her advocacy under the bus and her character, then I imagine what Bo said/did was horrible. I can't imagine how heartbreaking it must feel to have two childhood friends become fake over time. It's why I don't blame her too much for being so secluded and having a smaller circle than before.
