She's been absolutely spamming us with advertising and brand deals. If she's going to commodify the loyal audience she's built, that audience deserves material from time to time. I want to stan an artist, not a department store catalog.

Then stop following her on social media. We know her feelings about social media, she has called it the toilet of the internet. I don’t even have Twitter or instagram anymore, I only know about her ads because you all keep reposting them in here

 

She doesn’t take this stuff seriously, I don’t know why her own fans are.
 

We’re not getting anything of substance from her until JFAD. We have known this for awhile now

Concert specials can be released (as can any acting program), but it’s just the producers and any non-actor/writer than can promote them. As for concert specials, she can announce it - the issue is stating the platform that it’ll be on. Like unless only Bobby does that or they somehow decide to release it on her own website or YouTube (which they’re not really striking against), then yeah she wouldn’t release it yet

For me it's not like I'm actively stanning her because theres nothing to stan. I probably never will again for many reasons including this moment tbh. Unless by some miracle she comes back with full passion for music, but I don't see that happening if her recent output is anything to go off of. Other artists have been thriving, evolving and Gaga has felt stagnent. Don't get me wrong I love Chromatica but it didn't really raise the bar for her. But regardless it is disappointing to see the state of her music career and everytime she does do something its just another ad and at first like you said I used to think that way. Like when we got all the ads post Chromatica release but no music content, I just figured these were planned sponsorships that would have worked alongside the release of Chromatica which she has always done. But I don't think we've ever been in a stage where all she does is post ads, it feels unlike her and disingenuous. The posting of selfies recently, its all fake because its just her covering for the fact that shes going to post another ad and shes afraid to get attacked like she did for Nurtec. Fans don't have any right to control her by any means, she can do whatever she wants at the end of the day but fans also have the right to support or not support and they also have the right to feel a certain way and for me idk whats up with her but I can't say I'm enjoying this lol

 

I get that a lot of ppl in here are jealous about this shitty looking Eras tour theater initiative but that doesn't mean that dogpiling on Gaga for the 100th time this year will do anything about it. She's doing music, movies, campaign, etc and taking her time. The special will be out when its ready and she clearly intends to release it.

Why would I be jealous? I sat front row at that tour and enjoyed it. The filmmaking on display for the special looks extremely uninspired especially compared to the Rep special. Its cool that people who didnt get to see the show can go to it but it also looks very rushed.
