It just doesn't quite fit as well as the actual album cover. Maybe the title track and an album that takes that direction, or an album that's overall more purely unrestrained (see: Aura and its demo, Venus), but it doesn't scream Donatella/Fashion/Applause/Sexxx Dreams etc to me.
