There no such thing as "the GP prefers her ballads OR her electronic/dance bops". If a song clicks with them it clicks.

I think the Gaga that resonates with people is one with big anthemic choruses, empowering lyrics, dancey music with a twist. Shallow had the chorus‐ that's why it won.

Gaga imo works better when she works with new producers or very little known they always bring something and fresh for her. Nobody knew who redone, spacecowboy, DJ white shadow were before they worked with Gaga. Gaga is better off working with edm djs, new producers. If she going to make a rock album then Gaga should work with rock producers which pop girls aren’t using. Maybe get Dorian Electra since nobody is using them. If she makes makes an electronic rock album then she should hire producers/musicians who specialize in that sound like muse, deadmau5, skrillex, zomboy, rob swire etc.

Jack Antanoff is always a hit or a miss. Just cause he managed to create some good music for Taylor and Lana doesn’t mean he will be good for Gaga. He always created some **** songs for those girls too. Plus every pop girl is working with him now basically. He clearly always going to give the best stuff to his best friends Lana and Taylor anyway. He actually part of there inner circle.

I do feel like an entire Adele-esque, ballad-driven album would do better than a one-off like HMH, because it would have that Gaga personality to it that would click with people. HMH is a generic ballad that could've been sung by anybody lbr
