When y’all were talking about Ms Keys collab, I only thought about If I Ain’t Got You.

Nothing against Alicia specifically, Gaga just does so few collabs that I'd prefer she did one with a more exciting artist. I'd even be here for that Bad Bunny collab even though I don't necessarily listen to his music.

Bad Bunny would be amazing too!

Its just artists like him that’s committed to certain genre makes me wonder how she would blend with him. Unless LG7 has dancehall / reggaeton elements in that case she can snatch a Rih collab too.

Chromatica had a decent balance of collabs imo. So I would like that for LG7.

1 collab with a current streaming monster

1 collab with a non American act

1 collab with a living legend

The way Gaga kinda serves Destroyah during Alice :jonny4:

She kinda gave us angelic King Ghidorah during SHICD at TMB :gaycat1:

Doja would be a cute collab. I’d be here for it. She should’ve gotten Godga instead of Onika for the Say So remix.

A Bad Bunny release could be either a terrible forgettable reggaeton song or a mindless bop nobody will take seriously. I don’t want it.

I hate Doja so I don’t want a GagaCat song.

Alicia sounds boring as a collaboration but would actually produce the best song out of these three options.

Edit

We can have a carefree bop with the biggest male music star out there. We don’t need another serious song. It’s getting boring. HMH is right here. Give us a BB smash.

We need Gaga to go full experimental / Björk on her next album.

And the 3 collabs actually made sense and weren't really forced. Ari is self-explanatory. BP are her label mates and she's been into K-Pop/J-Pop since her debut (she even has a history of promoting/working with Asian acts and performing at M Countdown :dies: ) so honestly it was about damn time. Elton is also not a suprise, if only the production on the song and his vocals was were better.

Obviously there was the intention of boosting her streaming, reaching younger demographics, and engaging her more with Gen Z through the first two collabs too, which is fine and normal for all collaborations in the industry, but at the same time they did not feel completely out of the blue to me.

Collabing with Benito would be great since he's like one of the biggest Liddos in the music scene right now and I'd love a fun bop from Gaga, but she also ghosted all the thirsting and stanning from Cardi B at her peak outside of a tweet and some pics at the Grammys?

Alicia vocally and artistically would be the best fit across more genres, the only issue is that she's not popular anymore, so there's the risk that the collab might have no hype-attention, at the same time you never know if they make a really good song together and with the right visuals.

The song and genre plays a big factor, contrary to the moronic theories of ATRL that a 'collab' with a popular artist is enough to get a hit, 'ROM' debuted #1 because it was an amazing song in first, we all know Ariana has tones of collaborations that flopped badly.

Realistically Bad Bunny is musically the one I see fitting the less with Gaga, but you never know, I thought the same when the Blackpink collab was announced and it was amazing, so it all depends from the song.

If I think to Gaga's catalogue, Bad Bunny would fit perfectly in a song like this one:

No way that dark indigo green dress is "boring". She looks regal and that makeup is heavenly. THIS is an example of a boring hollywood look

This might be boring but she looked amazing, very classy, but yes the green dress at the BAFTAs is one of her best look when it comes to ClassGa.
