I know this is about dragging Richy but lord, planning a performance of this scale looks like a nightmare. When she mentioned how she doesn't know where she is on the stage because there's no backdrop and she has to keep track of all the cameras.  Very happy I'm not a pop star lol.

Tbh I think that's why dancers and all know why Gaga can't be micromanaging and involved in that Squirrel mess. She has LITERALLY the weight of this entire tour on her shoulder. They know they can't just go to her and say : he's the *****. And it looks like they know how to communicate to upper management from what we've read since yesterday.

 

I think that at where she is (like other big stars), you have to be both extremely focused and almost one-sided because you are responsible of every failure if one happens.

 

Not to say that whatever is going on with the dancers/Richie could be completely ignored by her, but see that 5F2 moment: the girl is in full 10000% pro. Extremely detail oriented and focused on her performance. It's not because you wrote the lyrics that we know exactly what it means to carry a show, especially if it's not "just" a mic and a piano/orchestra (not a shade to Adele, but see how that poor girl is stressed about performing - for good reasons, imagine having dancers, sets, etc. on top of that).

Well, yes, obviously. What I hope happens is that after this tour is over she finds a way to let him go. I'm sorry but different people from different eras saying similar things(I'm taking the SA stuff out of this because that's a whole another level) So, someone who is not capable of treating with respect and foster a good work environment should probably go. That's even without getting into the fact that he's by far the worst at his job among the biggest dancing pop acts, like   LFG was also a whole mess but at least she was delivering. 

 

But anyone expecting him to be fired days before a tour starts is insane, he won't. What I do hope is that he's not here anymore by the time her next pop show/tour comes around, whatever that might be. It's safe to assume that the remaining Vegas contract shows will all be Jazz, but it's also pretty obvious she's gonna renew and that means there's probably gonna be another revamped version of Enigma, or a pop show basically, and that could theoretically be as early as late next year or the year after that. There's also the possibility she renews but only for Jazz shows(Which honestly, could be a great chocie) And her next tour will likely not happen for another 3-4 years, so there's plenty of time for her to find someone new.

Everyone just sees the glitz and the glam. But It’s just so much hard work. And Gaga is the most professional, demanding what she wants (perfection) without tearing anyone down.

I'm all for him getting fired but nothing in this clip is making him look bad.  She spent like 5 seconds complaining about him not telling her about changes to two dancers' movements or something and then the rest of the time complaining about the set not being ready and her jacket having the wrong lining.
