Idk, this doesn't really strike me as a really demanding tour. There isn't a lot of dates, there's room between each date. Aside from the US-Tokyo-US little deteour in September which is indeed very taxing, there's really nothing too demanding going on. And I very much doub that 35 year old Gaga is doing incredibly taxing rehearse hours. So, I kinda feel this all has to do with richy himself and the way he treats those under him.

Why would you come for Sarah too? She seems sweet, hasn't done anything shady. An old post of racial slur means nothing, people can grow and change. Let's not be the part of the toxic Twitter cancel culture.

Well, I don't expect any kind of response to this now simply because of the time constraints and everything, but considering it's unlikely her next era is dancepop again, after this tour is over could be a great time for her to really just say goodbye to Richy. I understand she has trust issues but come on, when have any of your dancers ever spoken out publicly like this? And these aren't just some one-off dancers that tagged along during one tour, these are some people that have been around for YEARS.

Gar and Bobby should reverse psychology him and float the idea to others that they’re thinking of firing him so he leaves on his own and Gaga doesn’t have to feel bad

Yeah no way a professional dancer retire from this kind of high profile tour at the last minute for those reasons unless it's for an injury, this situation has matured over time and Gaga's team had the possibilty to find replacements in time, this is the situation and we can only hope the new dancers will be valid and that the tour is gonna be on point either way, the last thing she needs is this high anticipated tour to be a mess after all the time they had to prepare it.

 

I don't expect her to fire him at all at the end, she would have cut him already like did with others, if he's still in her team after all this time it means that she is very likely to still support his decisions and work.
