It would have been like the biggest song of the century. I am sure it would have been close to 2,5b on Spotify alone by now. 

Shallow was lucky,cause otherwise ARUTW could have really overshadowed.

But fortunately she made the Superbowl performance exactly as the fans wanted to be

 

Yeah it was so boring when she was actively promoting her album all the time. I fell asleep during her Superbowl, Carpool Karaoke, VSFS and Coachella performances, not to mention all the others both in the US and internationally. It practically put me in a coma when she surprised us with things like a Netflix documentary, a Metallica performance and a droplet single which was debuted during a music festival she headlined. 

 

She truly did give us nothing. How ever did we survive her wearing a t-shirt? A nightmare, it was exactly the same as her jazz eras. We're such victims.

I don't think AYO would have been a hit, but it certainly would have done less damage than PI and it represent the album more tbh. The album didn't really have any surefire HIT but I still admire her commitment to pushing Million Classics down everyone's throat. She said i AM gonna make it a signature hit. If only we knew that was the last time she would hustle and promote a song that hard.

 

  

I used PI last but tbh I think it was a great lead single cause it was still Gaga but with a twist

I just think A-Yo would have been a safer choice, it's kinda the Shake It Off/Uptown Funk of the album and a more toned down version of MANiCURE

Look What I Found is kind of a 10/10 too when you think about it

the way y'all are being picky towards Joanne BUT GP an non Gaga fans were shook

my sister's friends who hated her during her pop eras outside of debut were shook by Joanne and how good and timeless the songs sounded

one of my bf who also hated her guts listened to Joanne and saw the doc and was stanning (and quickly unstanned after Chromatica)
