Legend was #1 on my Wrapped for second year in a row and her 5th appearance in my top 5 artists since 2019

I've been in love with Björk for around 10 years now and no other artist or band is able to make me feel the way she does.

I often become fixated on particular albums of hers depending on my mood / time of the year. I am currently listening to Vulnicura pretty much daily on my way to and from work. I won't be surprised if "Lionsong" ends up being my most played song of the year.

These abstract complex feelings
I just don't know how to handle them

Really hoping she isn't teasing a singular DJ event. Even for the eclipse that is too much.

She just posted that Echolalia isn't the name of the new album and that it's not coming out in 2026, but next year. The new music that will be presented is a demo/remix version of new music. The rave event won't feature new music either.

And although I'm extremely bitter we won't get new music for another year, I'm very proud - yet again - for her standing up to her artistic integrity and choosing not to bait fans.

Just saw her post and I love that she's enjoying her endless creativity in ways that don't necessarily translate into the usual ways of doing things

I'll wait for her next album patiently, and I need her to come back to Mexico at some point

Her saying she loves the longer time between releases — she does love to say what fans don't want to hear I'm going to have to refuse any audio of that new song until it appears in its final form because I don't want to get attached to something that is still suspect to change.

Here's hoping she releases more quickly in 2029 so she doesn't break the 3 album per decade rule.
