But I have to laugh at the fact if anyone else's fave did what she did today they'd STILL be talking about it in their base... pages of it. We were so unfazed

I also envision should she chooses to keep it to a 1-2 song minimum *if* she does the VMAs, I would rather Alien Superstar be performed than Cuff It.  Assuming she uses that moment to promote the new single that is.

She's had a great relationship with the VMAs but unless she uploads her performance to YouTube she may as well not go because its such a flop now. I think she will anyway.

No way she's performing all 3 albums + TG in one tour. Do you guys think she'll almond milk the heck out of each act, where Act 1,2, and 3 have their own separate 2-year tour? That would make her longevity unsurpassable

You are not wrong about that. But the clips will go viral on social media regardless and I envision an Alien Superstar performance being a complete visual spectacle.  And especially if she chose to use it as a lead in to Break My Soul, as I’m sure she will do more than just 1 song anyway, if she does perform.

I can see her touring Renaissance seperately. Tour Act II in a few years then drop Act III in the middle of that tour.

She’s paying attention to public opinion.

 

The way all 7 of her albums are smash; including 3 with DC it's gonna be difficult to pick songs for her next tour as each album literally has its own hit(s) unlike many other artist who is able to pretend certain album of their discography didn't exist because of their flop.

Those two vocal lines and bars sound melancholic and positively sensual at the time when they accompany the overall sound. It makes almost cry out of sadness, like someone has been abused but came out stronger. I don't understand.

Is she even gonna perform The Gift on the tour? I’m assuming everything since 2016 won’t be performed. Maybe Savage Remix and even that’s iffy

I agree. It’s fun, the chorus is a hit and the outro is gorgeous, but the second rap verse, the loud “UNIQUE!”s in the background, and the spoken word is a bit much for radio.

 

There’s 90% chance I would turn it off if it came on radio and I wasn’t EXACTLY in the mood for it.  Whereas Cuff It or Summer Renaissance actually put me IN the mood no matter what I’m feeling. 

She can keep Run the World Girls too tbh. 
 

Bring Schoolin Life live instead. It fits the eras vibe and message better and she’s 40 now so it makes sense. She recorded that song in her 20s. Time flies

Sounds strategic, but potentially overwhelming in practice. How would that financially work since, theoretically, fans would less likely purchase a new album that soon? Furthermore, there isn't enough time to simultaneously perform 2 albums + a collection of past songs.
