Right Said Fred says Beyonce didn’t ask to sample I’m Too Sexy on Alien Superstar
Could you please supply evidence that indicates that RSF is the legal author of the composition? If they don't own their masters, hence their label throwing away their work inadvertently, wouldn't that disqualify them from compositional authorship? Also, define "directly" since it can be technically argued that she did via proxies and that RSF conceded to such by accepting the pay and failing to refuse the check, given the laws that govern authorship outside of owning a master's versus authorship while owning a master's. Another item to note is "derivative work" and if the concept falls under either interpolation or sampling, or both. Then we also have the fact that Beyoncè did NOT use their melody, which is what they claimed.

Legally speaking, nothing has to be cleared from the master's side if it's an interpolation, let alone a re-sung interpolation that contains different words hence the distinction. Add to the fact that they don't own their master's, I'm still not seeing what the issue is when A&R and publishing teams from both parties do the communication on the behalf of artists. Theft isn't taking place in the slightest.

Right Said Fred says Beyonce didn’t ask to sample I’m Too Sexy on Alien Superstar
Right Said Fred said that they needed permission for their melody to be used, but Beyoncé never used their melody therefore their made up informal conditions don't apply to her; so I'm not seeing what the issue is exactly. Notwithstanding the presuppositions from the opposing side, the IG post and this new claim contradict and thus, by default, everything Right Said Fred have said must be taken with a grain of salt moving forward, since what they've asserted is simply unsubstantiated, until they clear up said contradiction with positive evidence. It also doesn't align with Beyoncé's habitual temperament regarding interpolating and sampling from other artists in terms of compensation and intellectual property manners: "they paid me a big nice check" for a couple of words: And LMBO at people saying she doesn't legitimately write lyrics, let alone arrangements/compositions which are classified as non-production feats hence the WRITTEN musical notes and frequency emissions, when eye witnesses can genuinely attest to her major LYRICAL contributions that are NOT just hooks:

If that were true, I think Kim would've at least been subtly vocal about any behind the scenes issues, instead of tactfully saying that she's waiting on a response -shade free, I might add

Her sophistry and flip flop-ery know no bounds, apparently lol

Azealia sides with Kanye, calls Black Lives Matter a scam
But she just went on an anti-Candace-Owens rant a couple of months ago

It's about time! But guess what, now Spice and Cardi are about to beef... Oh wait! Spice might be an exception since nobody wants her smoke. At any rate, their Caribbean tongues were bound to meet on a track. After all that shaking, the plates and food on the table are falling on the ground. We're not ready for October.

Beyoncé deserves to be the new Queen of Christmas.. Why has she yet to make an original Christmas song? 8 Days of Christmas slaps! And this right here is bonkers: Ariana and Mariah are so so so so lucky that Beyoncé holds back

Azealia drags Nicki and her husband
A beautiful and eloquent, compulsively compelling, pathological liar...... If she doesn't tread lightly with Nicki, this whole gaslighting-herself propaganda project may likely put Banks in jeopardy of landing in a legally defamatory hot tub; alas! I highly doubt Minaj will continue biting her tongue with this one.

Will nicki release greatness like this again?
She's versatile and knows how to raconteur the dark moments of her past. Listen to Autobiography. As for other rap girls, check Rapsody out since she's highly conscious. I recommend listening to her Complexion feature with Kendrick and then delving deeper into her early works
