People will take a step back and notice just how versatile Beyoncé is with her albums, like how different and unique each are and that's truly her legacy. Since Destiny's child, she always had her own sound. I truly hope there are two more albums coming, i want her discography to multiply beautifully and i suspect she signed again with Sony music for a total of 3 studio albums so it will be interesting to see if she continues with them or go completely indie.

i'm sorry to Lemonade but this album sits closer to 4. The nostalgia, the fun, the vocals........Lemonade doesn't have any of that 

 

And when it comes to new sounds, Lemonade touches on many genres but it also falls quickly back into convention with songs like Sandcastles or All Night (which are great still)

Alien Superstar is literally slaying with the GP right now and on Tik tok, which many hits are coming from nowadays anyways. Also on Spotify pop rising. It’s a undeniable bop.

Renaissance also falls back to familiar sounds with songs like Plastic, Thique, AUIYM.

I didn’t say it was trendy. I said the samples which provided the nostalgia were (Im Too Sexy, Donna Summer, Drag queens etc…)

Alien Superstar is the most pop Beyoncé has sounded since probably 2009. People missed that carefree pop sound from her i think. 

Alien Superstar arguably has the catchiest hook on the entire album. LBR the only reason y'all don't see it working well with radio is because y'all think it's too gay and left field. The fact that it's clearly resonating with streaming audiences tells me something else.
