Thanks for this word!! I too felt like this album wasn't for me. It's just different when compared to ST where Haunted blew me away and Lemonade was an instant bop for me. Anyways, I'm gonna stream this to death like I did with The Gift and Black Parade (even though I think those albums are much better) and waiting for act Ii and iii

America Has A Problem. I want a moratorium on those dated, Ciara-esque uptempos. AHAP fits snugly next to Tinashe's SuperLove and Ciara's Jump/Got Me Good.

I dont remember Lemonade flowing this well. This time, it’s obvious that she paid more attention to the transitions and they are the one thing that put RENAISSANCE above everything she has released so far.

 

Renaissance deserves a better MC score than Lemonade 

Literally, this feels like the best album I ever heard.

 

It’s so much energy, the transitions, her mastery of swag, the harmonies, vocals.

 

 

It’s an experience.
