I had no idea YouTube did stuff like that… interesting. I thought the artist had to provide them with the music or the content to do so? Or maybe what I saw was on the YouTube music platform and not “regular” YouTube.

Yes I am sure. I'm in Australia it's been out for more than 12 hours here for me. I suppose they may wait for the wide release considering uploading them and updating the country restrictions as it comes out would be an absolute headache.
